| Le projet des cartes postales d'UNIMA-CANADA avance à vive allure. Les maquettes sont presque prêtes pour l'impression! Nous avons bien hâte de vous les présenter. Lancement au festival de Casteliers. Nos conseillers, Sabrina Baran, Marthe Adam et Jim Morrow (en remplacement de Heather Kent) se préparent au Congrès International qui se tiendra à Tolosa / San Sebastian du 28 mai au 5 juin prochains. Il est normal que vous n'ayez pas vu d'invitation pour proposer des spectacles, la sélection s'est faite à l'interne par les organisateurs qui ont approché des compagnies. Le projet Kanguru de la Commission de Coopération a dû revisiter son projet prévu initialement l'automne dernier dans les camps de réfugiés syriens en Turquie. Le projet s'est maintenant tourné vers le Liban et l'Allemagne. Our concilors Sabrina Baran, Marthe Adam and Jim Morrow (in replacement of Heather Kent) are getting ready for the International Congress that will be held in Tolosa / San Sebastian from May 28th to June 5th. It is normal that you did not see call for proposals for the festival, the selection was made by the organisation that approached the chosen companies. Projet Kanguru by the Cooperation Commsision had to revisit their project planned for Turkey last fall. The project is now prepraring for Lebanon and Germany. This is an evening where people can perform in a low-pressure environment for an encouraging audience and experiment with new ideas. Requirements: - performances must be in the categories of puppetry, object theatre, street theatre or circus arts - 250 word max description of your project - 100 word bio or you/your group Most importantly: It is the fervent desire of Clay & Paper Theatre to encourage people to abandon propriety, escape the mundane, astonish the innocent, and perplex the sophisticated. With this in mind, shows that are scrappy and have something to say are more exciting to us than polished shows that are vapid.
